Pilates is the art of controlled movements. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body.

Pilates puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. It allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced, or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner’s specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body adapts itself to the exercises.
How to Start with Pilates
Private and Semi-Private Training
Whether you have prior Pilates experience, or are new to the method, we encourage you to begin with the private Pilates training. We offer new client Private session packages to make it easy for you to get started.
If you prefer a group setting, we offer several different classes to accommodate your needs. We keep our class sizes to a maximum of 5 students to ensure that you are receiving personal attention with proper corrections and modifications for your individual needs. During a Pilates group class you will work on the Reformer and use small auxiliary equipment to keep sessions challenging and fun.
For the optimal experience in the small group training sessions, attending at least one private is required for any new clients prior to joining a group class.
